Cancellation policy 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Failure to provide timely notice will result in you being charged the full amount of the session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and exceptions to the policy will be considered at the therapist's discretion. Additionally, if you anticipate running late for a session, please inform the therapist. While you are welcome to attend the remaining part of the session, the time slot will remain fixed. Please note that the therapist will only wait for the first 20 minutes, and if not informed earlier, the session will be considered cancelled. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. **For in-person sessions, we regret to inform you that there is no waiting area available on-site. If anyone accompanies the client, we kindly recommend them to wait at a nearby bakery. Please note parking is limited in the area.
